We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking information when available.
Canada
Standard shipping: $10 CAD
Free standard shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more.
Express shipping: $20 CAD
United States
Standard shipping: $15 CAD
Free standard shipping on orders of $125 CAD or more.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times.
For U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees that may be assessed upon delivery.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your FVE FIFTY FVE purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return, hats must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
